I've never had a pillow that was perfect for me until this one. I'm generally a side sleeper and spend a fair amount of time wrangling pillows into some crazy shape that supports both my head and neck. The occasional pillow that has provided that support is generally so firm I wake up with my ear throbbing. I joked one time that I needed a pillow-top pillow. Well, here it is! I was looking for a buckwheat pillow because I've heard they're good for side-sleepers, and also because they seem more environmentally friendly. I came across the Serenity Rejuvenation and was nervous about the price, but went for it -- when you spend so much of your life in bed, it's a good place to make an investment. And I love it. So much. I never realized how much time I spent pummeling pillows. This one I adjust once and that's it. No pain in my neck or ear, love that it's eco-sourced, blahblahblah, buy this now. :)
