fabulous sleep at last, June 2, 2007 By This review is from: Roho Sleepmatterzzz Dual-Valve Cervical Pillow - Standard: 14"W X 19"L (Health and Beauty) Before using this product, I had tried many differant neck/support pillows and none have given me the great sleep as I get with this one. I highly recommend it for people who have trouble with headaches or neck pain. This is a super price too, I paid over 85.00 for my first one at the chiropractor office! I bought a backup to travel with so that I always have one with me....THAT is how much it matters when it comes to sleep.

I have some arthritis in my neck and I was having a problem waking up with a neck ache, or a neck ache and a migraine, when using a convential pillow (hard, soft, feather; I tried all types). This pillow corrects the neck ache problem and I have not had a problem since whenever I use it; recently when we went on a week's vacation and I did not take the pillow with me I realized how much good the Roho pillow was doing when I awoke with a migraine and neck ache from using a standard pillow at the hotel. My wife says that when I use the pillow it reduces my snoring significantly.
The pillow takes some patience and getting used to in the very beginning as one has to inflate and adjust the difference between the two air cell sections. Once that is done the pillow does the job. We cover it with a normal pillow cover.
I would say that the king sized pillow I purchased is too long and next... Read more

This one has dual air chambers and it seems to support my neck even better. I am glad I purchased it.
