This review is from: Martex Brentwood Gold Label King Size Hotel Pillow Set (2 King Pillows) The four stars is for the one good pillow of the two we received. The problem pillow, if it had been the only pillow received, would've received just one or two stars. We were looking forward to receiving this 2-pillow shipment, but once they arrived and gave them a try, it quickly became apparent that these pillows apparently are not consistently made, or at least, there is an occasional pillow not meeting the usual standards of which we were unlucky to get one. We're now hoping to be able to return one of the two pillows for a refund of half the purchase price, as we'd like to keep the other that seems OK. The wife LOVES the pillow, actually, saying that the frequent neck kinks she used to get with her old Tempur-Pedic have completely stopped.
